Well, it's never a cookie-cutter solution. Based on your requirements, we'll define what needs to be done and what fits into the hour package you've chosen. After we strategize, here's what we'll be developing together:

We'll dive deep into your product, tech, and competitive landscape. We'll thoroughly research your ICP and buyer persona, finding out what truly interests them and what they believe can get them promoted. We need to stand out in a sea of messaging and earn tons of attention, engagement, and trust.
Then, we'll outline the needs and generate a Work Plan. The output of this stage is a work plan that details what needs to be done, why, details, dependencies, ownership, deadlines, priorities, and effort.
Finally, our plan will come to life. Upon the final plan approval, we'll start tackling each and every task, fine-tuning based on the resources and attention the company can commit to. We will test and recalculate our route as much as needed so we may capitalize on what brings the most value.
